Day 323 ~ Phoenix Mountain Preserve Phoenix, AZ

February 11th, 2017 ~ Day 323

Have you ever have one of those days where you get so busy, you forget what your doing or what needs to be done? It was almost 7 p.m. before I realized I hadn’t hiked today. Sh*t! Family and kids, so much to do, I completely forgot about hiking.

Once I realized I needed to go hiking, my awesome boyfriend took me to a trail immediately. Parking at the dollar tree, Eric and I did a quick mile. We hiked the same trail along 7th Street as my daughter’s and I did the day of my mom’s memorial service.

Hiking a half mile to the North Mountain Visitor Center and back to the car, the same way we had come. With only a mile under my belt, today’s hike was enough for me to continue on this journey.

Join me on my journey of hiking everyday for 365 days, to see all that I can see! Never miss out on a post and “like” me on Facebook and for more photos follow me on Instagram!
